Adorn Body Art is proud to launch our Winter Food Drive benefiting the Northeast Emergency Food Program (NEFP) and we're inviting our amazing Portland, Beaverton, and Vancouver, WA communities to join us. All month long, you can help support local families by donating nutritious, shelf-stable items at any Adorn studio from now through January 19th, 2026.

Whether you're coming in for a piercing, cosmetic tattooing, or simply stopping by to donate, everyone is welcome to participate!
How the Food Drive Works
💖 Each Adorn studio, whether you visit us in SE Portland, Beaverton/Hillsboro, or Vancouver, WA, will have donation bins at each location.
These bins will be available during all regular Adorn Body Art business hours, making it easy to drop off donations whether you're visiting for a piercing appointment, cosmetic tattooing, or just stopping by to help the community.
Items We're Collecting
We are collecting nutritious, shelf-stable foods, including:
- Canned vegetables, canned fruit, soups
- Canned proteins such as tuna, chicken, beans, chili
- Dry goods like pasta, rice, oats, lentils, and whole-grain staples
- Any non-expired, unopened items that have nutritional value
To support NEFP's focus on balanced nutrition, we are not accepting sweets.
Piercing Discounts For Donors
💙 To thank you for helping our PDX and Southwest Washington communities, we're offering special piercing discounts during the food drive:
- $5 off any piercing service with one donated item
- $10 off with multiple items
This offer is valid at all Adorn locations in Portland, Beaverton/Hillsboro, and Vancouver, WA throughout the entire drive, through Tuesday, January 19th, 2026.
Prefer to donate without being pierced? That is totally okay! Your generosity is welcome and appreciated.
Special Offer on Cosmetic Eyebrow Tattooing
💙 We're also extending the spirit of giving to cosmetic tattooing services. Our cosmetic-tattoo artist Kylynn (based at our Uptown studio in Vancouver, WA) is offering 20% off cosmetic microblading services during the food drive.
If you've been thinking about enhancing your brow, whether via microblading, nano-brows, or permanent makeup, this is a perfect time to book. Donate shelf-stable food items for NEFP, and take advantage of Kylynn's discount on eyebrow tattooing.

Adorn Will Match Your Impact
💙 For each discounted piercing or cosmetic tattoo service redeemed, Adorn will match the discount amount and donate those funds directly to the Northeast Emergency Food Pantry.
That means your donation has double the impact, your food items help families immediately, and Adorn's matched funds help NEFP continue their essential work across the Portland metro area and beyond.

Red (He/Him)
Red organized and coordinated the logistics of the food-drive bins at each Adorn location and will personally collect all donations on January 20th for delivery to NEFP. This marks Red's first major outreach project with Adorn, and we're incredibly grateful for his dedication.
When Donations Will Be Delivered
We will collect donations from each Adorn Body Art studio and deliver everything directly to NEFP.
Red's friend Natalie, who works closely with the pantry, will oversee the distribution to families throughout the greater Portland area.

How to Participate
1. Bring Your Donation
Stop by any Adorn Body Art location and place your items in the marked donation bin. If you're unsure where to leave donations, our Counter staff will happily assist.
2. Receive Your Discount
For piercings: claim your $5 or $10 discount at the desk when donating items. For eyebrow tattooing with Kylynn: mention the food-drive discount in your booking to get 20% off.
3. Share the Drive
Spread the word by sharing our social media posts on Instagram or TikTok with friends across the PNW area. The more people we reach, the more families we get to support.
